Our Mission is to aid teenage and single mothers, with children  in setting and achieving their goals. We empower, motivate, impact, and produce a team of mothers and children to become a family of life long learners and contributing members of our community.

 

Epitome Outreach Services was founded in 2011 in Chicago, IL. The primary service area is the Southside of Chicago, however we will extend our services to the greater Chicagoland area and beyond if and when the need arises. We offer transportation to and from our facility and events for those who would not otherwise be able to attend.
